Use of 'allpagessubmit': Give each special page its own message

Description

Special:ActiveUsers, Special:ListUsers, Special:PrefixIndex, Special:RecentChanges, and possibly other submit buttons uses {{int:allpagessubmit}}; Special:AllMessages uses {{int:allmessages-filter-submit}}; Special:Search uses {{int:searchbutton}}. Give each special page its own message.
