If you use the sandbox on en.wp and try to make a query on revisions of a certain title, you will see that the properties for prop=revisions shows all the parameters twice.

If you make the query, you will note the same in the query URL &titles=Title&titles=Title

Verified with Safari 6.0.3

This was fixed in Gerrit change 52296, merged March 6 so it missed the wmf11 cutoff. It is in wmf12.
