We do have some offline translators, so this is a major loss of functionality.

Can someone add some steps to reproduce, so we know a little better what the expected end result is? This could be based on the previous behavior.

Not the prettiest thing imaginable. Basically reinstates the old UI, and we have no reimplementation design for TUX. This will prevent us from removing pre-TUX features, too.

This is only a small part of the old UI. I have opened bug 47072 for further actions.
