I dunno how but I still see them on meta.

They were created before bug 37338 was fixed; just ask them to be deleted.
This is not worth an exception in Special:MyLanguage; more, it would be counter-productive for many older pages for which there's no guarantee that the most complete/best translation is at the correct code.
