On the english Wikipedia, I am unable to mark certain pages (for example, .223 Wylde and .44 Remington Centerfire) as patrolled, despite the fact that they appear in the New Page Patrol feed as unreviewed.
The 'mark as patrolled' link does not appear at the bottom of the page, and the Page Curation tool does not appear.

Tried this on my local wiki, the curation toolbar doesn't appear but the "[Mark this page as patrolled]" link did appear.
Moving to PageTriage extension. There doesn't seem to be any indication that this is affecting core patrolling features (The original pages are past the core patrol $wgRCMaxAge at this point. I was able to get a patrol link at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.186?redirect=no )
