Any updates on this bug? I'm also getting the same error message when testing limn-mobile-data. I'll be happy to provide any information about my setup, but I just followed the README file.

I'm in town for the next week, maybe it'll be easier to chat in person. The bug as described seems to be trying to use a graph that doesn't exist, hence this cryptic error. So it's invalid, but your situation may be different.

Which town? I'm a remotie.
