Description

With disabled livepreview the content of {{DISPLAYTITLE:...}} is shown on preview in the first heading.

With enabled livepreview there is no preview of the DISPLAYTITLE.

Expected result: The first heading get updated on livepreview.

Interestingly, DISPLAYTITLE is not taken into account when first opening the page for editing.
