Go to "Use this file" -> Download
Choose "original size"
This gives you a PNG thumbnail of the 'normalized' size of the SVG. Instead it should just allow you to download the original file, not a thumbnail version of it that may potentially be in a different file format or have different settings.
Similar problems might be there for TIFF and PDF.
