1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert an image
3.Make it Frameless-right or Basic-Right
4.Hover over the image after that

Observed Result:
The area around the image remains highlighted but not the image itself

Corrected steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert an image
3.Make it Frameless-Left or Basic-Left
4.Now uncheck the wrapping option.
5.Hover over the image after that.

Observed Result:
The area around the image remains highlighted but not the image itself.

Selection range issue, not a shield issue.
