[Monolingual] Valid language codes are not saved when typed manually

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Edit a monolignual value.
  2. Change the text a bit so the "save" button gets enabled.
  3. Replace the language with "fr". Just type it, don't use the suggester.
  4. Save.

Result: "fr" is not saved.

Reproduced. Also, the fact that typing something into the language field does not enable the save button is a symptom of the same issue.
