Compare https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:VisualEditor/Beta_Features/Language
with https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Roadmap/Archive

The Flow page doesn't show the < Talk:VisualEditor | Beta_Features "crumb trail" to parent pages that you normally see under the page title of a subpage in a <div id="contentSub"><span class="subpages">.

I think includes/skins/Skin.php's subPageSubtitle() normally fabricates this.
