Story: WikimetricsUser has better explanation counting on all namespaces

Description

This applies to edits and pages created metrics.
You need to delete the text in the "namespaces" textfield to see that you can leave it blank in order to count across all namespaces.

It would be nice to have that text visible before the field is blanked.
