Currently we use jquery.tipsy which looks ugly (doesn't match our color scheme, no control over size / line breaks, tip of the bubble can be misaligned at edge of screen etc) and is set up in such a way that it is impossible to style it without affecting all other tipsy users as well. We should replace it with something more intelligent.
