Description:
Currently we have a bunch of features enabled in Monobook but not other skins,
and I just ran across a feature enabled in Standard but not Monobook (hiding
watch tab while editing a page). The entire point of CSS is to make mutually
exclusive sets of templates unnecessary. Can we please merge all the features
from the various skin-specific PHP files? Are there any skin-specific features
that really need the PHP logic and that really should remain skin-specific?
