Chunked (>100MB) upload failed with "Internal error: Server failed to store temporary file." An immediate retry from same screen (clicked on "retry failed uploads") succeeded.

Thumbnails were not correctly generated.

The two files are now called:

and
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wiki_Loves_Monument_2014_Calendar_(for_2015)_-_print_quality_part_2_of_2.pdf
(failed at first; succeeded on re-try)

But when they uploaded to the stash, they were called
לוח שנה 2015-1 -print.pdf
and
לוח שנה 2015-2 -print.pdf
respectively.

Time of upload is Feb 10th around 5PM Pacific time.
