Description

We should have a notification service where readers of Wikipedia can subscribe to updates on certain topics. They'd be notified about a new album their favorite band released or a match their favorite sports team won. Notifications would be based on new data being added to Wikidata.
Initially this could be a 3rd-party service but it should be built in mind with the goal to get it deeply integrated into Wikipedia.
