Description

Steps to reproduce:

1.Create a link
2.Open link inspector in an empty line
3.Now while the link inspector is open place the cursor at the end of the first link inserted
4.After the link inspector gets closed , click on Link inspector icon again from the menu

Observed Result:
The link inspector no more opens for that entire session for an empty line, but the icon in the menu remains highlighted
If you try to inspect an existing link, it opens an empty link inspector with broken UI.
