Emailed Echo notifications about Flow have unparsed wiki syntax and variables: square brackets and $3 instead of a proper hyperlink. See screenshot (with most names removed for privacy):

The relevant line is in the middle. This is a message received by another user who has my flowified user talk page in his watchlist. The link in the square brackets is "User talk:Amire80" - but the square brackets and the "$3" are not supposed to appear at all.

The message in question is probably flow-notification-newtopic-bundle, and I'm pretty sure that it's translated correctly (but correct me if it's not).
