Have noticed lately in Latvian Wikipedia, that in some changes VisualEditor is changing stub templates. See for example this edit. The stub is {{cilvēks-aizmetnis}} -> {{Senie laiki-aizmetnis}}. Notice that {{Senie laiki-aizmetnis}} is already used template (next row).
The editor who made that edit told, that he didn't touch the stub.
Updated the stub meta-template's (in enwiki it would be Template:Asbox) code, maybe it caused this bug?
I think this is what happened on nl.wiki as well.
I'm looking for the bug so I can show you the solution.

@Elitre Yup, this was resolved with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/199984/. This edit mentioned above would have also fixed it (removing the duplicate id="stub" on the page). Thanks.
