@Quiddity deleted a test post I made on the sandbox (Title was "Test post", I think body was something like "Delete me please").
The history is somewhat off:
For example, it says "An unexpected error occurred" (that was not part of the test topic I created) and instead of the topic name it says "This topic was deleted by Quiddity (WMF)". However, I believe the topic title is public information (even after deletion, unlike suppression). Even if it's not public, this is a very awkward way to present it. Moreover, it is public to non-admins in the deletion log (https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=delete&user=Quiddity+%28WMF%29&page=&year=2015&month=4), so there's clearly an inconsistency.
Danny noticed a similar problem, here's my description:
When a topic is suppressed and then unsuppressed, the items in the suppression log say:
DannyH deleted topic "Topicname" in Talk:Sandbox (undo suppress) DannyH suppressed topic "Topicname" in Talk:Sandbox (reason for suppression)
The message for the undo item should say "restored", not "deleted".
(The bug is about history, below is just log entry for comparison):
