Unable to compact part of a discussion in Flow

Description

On Flow pages, it doesn't seem to be possible to mark part of a discussion (e.g. many comments which are about something offtopic) with templates {{Início compactação}} and {{Fim compactação}} (similarly, {{collapse top}} and {{collapse bottom}} in English Wikipedia).

We've discussed before about making it possible to split topics, taking a tangent and putting it somewhere else. Once split the tangent could optionally be locked.

I could live with that (need to add as a blocker to T78253). However, since they are not the same thing, other users might not consider this to be the proper solution.

Flow also can't collapse tangents / subdiscussions Reddit-style.
