Merged https://github.com/wmde/WikidataBuildResources/pull/23 and used for build for Beta first in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/203456/1 .

Bug in that patch caused T95793. Fix https://github.com/wmde/WikidataBuildResources/pull/25 was merged. Build for Beta with the fix: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/204063/1

the remaining issue is to support dynamically generating the sharedCacheKeySetting, or handling it differently in a way that works with composer-merge-plugin and the current build approach.

created T96598 for the outstanding issue, but imho think this bug can be closed now.
