Description

Click on 'Mention a user icon' - the box has a red outline.
Type a pipe - the red outline is changed to blue, click 'Insert - "@User::" will be inserted.

The mention box should have a blue outline when empty and display the red outline for failed validation - e.g. typing a pipe symbol.
