Inconsistent icon used in main menu / page

Description

do worry that using the star icon for adding to collections is making people naturally think their collection can be found under watchlist in the main menu since we use a plus sign there.

Can we use a plus sign in both places or rethink this?

@Jdlrobson @KHammerstein I support the + sign in both places! (this will work in beta, but might be a problem down the line...)

@JKatzWMF I talked with @Jdlrobson - I think collections need a more descriptive icon, something like a stack or a folder. I think we could keep the star icon on the article, but once you click on it and get the overlay:

We could show the watch star next to watchlist and the stack icon next to any collections. We could repeat that pattern in the left menu.
