Citation context items are cut off after the first line

Description

When you insert a new citation using one of the template dialogs (but not when you use Citoid), the citation context menu that is automatically displayed is cut off after one line.

This usually goes away after you unfocus and refocus the citation, and always goes away after you save and reopen the page.

Seen on en.wiki (Cite:2683dd6, VE:873baa2) using both Firefox and Chrome.

Looks like we aren't calling resize after the preview widget resolves.

Actually we are, and it works correctly for me on beta labs.
