[Migrated] Skip pages of indef blocked users

Description

Newsletter delivery with AWB often leaves messages for indef blocked users, which are then usually reverted. A skip option "Page of indef blocked user" would allow the operator to avoid such edits in the first place. Useful in particular for implicit lists of users where it's not a matter of removing a category or a name from a list. @Amalthea 10:05, 4 May 2011 (UTC)

With the new Newsletter delivery tool in Mediawiki this may not be needed anymore.

I don't see the usage being high enough for this setting(?) to warrant more time spent on it being worked on given that MediaWiki now delivers most mass-mails. Feel free to reopen if you disagree.
