I've opened an issue on mwpartserfromhell, on https://github.com/earwig/mwparserfromhell/issues/253.

Any update on this? MaxlagTimeoutError is continuously appearing, is there any temporary solution?

That filter was intended to mimic the fishbawl configuration, especially in this early stage of the wiki recreation, where we're importing the content from the old one, adapting it and checking if everything is ok. I've disabled the filter, and if possible, please ad it to fishbowl.dblist.

The scripts are the ones who feed the Special:SpecialPages Maintenance reports: Dead-end pages, Orphaned pages, Uncategorized[categories | pages | files], wanted [categories | pages | files], and some others like What links here. Also, categorized pages aren't shown on categories. I can make a bot script to make null edits, but since it's almost 300 pages, a server side action seems to be a much more sane solution.

Thanks @Dereckson, @jcrespo .

@Dzahn, it's a figure of speech, like when you have an antique house with faded paint needing a repaint.

Seems that was a fresh install, then local accounts where created and content imported. As far as i can see, only two or 3 accounts have different usernames than the SUL.

We need to make the wiki usable again to update the info's and add new content. The current install is on a partner private server who wants to decommission it, and we have no server access any more, and the wiki problems make it unusable. Can't things be speed up?

According to T25537, our current wiki started with the old db, still present on wmf cluster. If the problem is to keep that info somehow, we can provide a dump of current wiki to be imported. That way, old pt.wikimedia.org db can be dropped, and the current db used instead. Does it helps?

Seems the same situation of T126666. Could anyone delete the problematic files and re-run the update script again?

We'll import the relevant contents from our current wiki, after filtering them, so a clean db seems ideal. Choosing the right db vodo is up to you guys.
Fishbowl, publicly editable would be an invite to spam. Standard configuration should be enough, the only particular configuration that may be useful is for short url, to avoid breaking links from our current wiki.

valhallasw re-ran the update crontab and seems to be working now. Letting open so far, to a post-mortem description of the bug cause.
