This company may have done defunct. The http://www.sofcloudit.com/ site is down and the MediaWiki download link (http://dev.apsstandard.org/apps/1.2/www.mediawiki.org/mediawiki/SofCloudIT/) redirects to another site that doesn't seem to contain any MediaWiki downloader.

Since not everyone can attend WMTC19, would it make sense to set-up a meeting with the WMF and 3rd party users of MediaWiki (mwstake, etc.) to discuss the strategic goals and how the software might change if those goals are realized? If the first meeting is successful, it might make sense to continue these meetings at some reoccurring interval, in general this would probably keep the conversation going between TechCons.

I had the same issue with the following, PageImages isn't able to select and store images and when the PageImage maintenance script initImageData.php is run, the following errors are returned:
