I have been able to access an image from a medal index card dataset

There's the same issue, whereby a black screen is shown, for another Fold3 dataset
UK, Second Boer War, Imperial Yeomanry Service Records, 1899-1902

There's the same issue with another Fold3 dataset:
UK, WWI, Recipients of the Distinguished Conduct Medal, 1914-1920{F42403420}

It seems to have resolved itself. I wonder why it was weird?

This was a one-off problem on Thursday October 19th. It is working now, so no further action required.

Typo, that should read October 19th, 2023.

I did experience a return of the old issue. This occurred at 0145 US EST NY 0645hrs UK BST London 07h45 CET Paris on November 19th.
