@Tgr, I don't see any way to change this from the all users space to the public one.

Someone locked down the form fields for doing that apparently.

Go to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/api/calendar.event.edit , enter [{ "type": "view", "value": "public" }] in the transactions field, "E844" in objectIdentifier, press Call Method.
