Agenda: This is an extended RFC meeting since we didn't get to discuss EventBus this past Wednesday (E84). We will discuss:
- T88459: Implementing the reliable event bus using Kafka
- Related tasks:
  - T114443: EventBus MVP
  - T116247: Define edit related events for change propagation
- Particular items for discussion:
  - HTTP Service or just Kafka based client libraries
    - Ops has concerns that an EventBus (Kafka proxy) service is just another thing to maintain. We'll talk about the pros and cons.
  - Implementation -NodeJS? EventLogging? other?
