Sorry for all of the messing around I'm doing with the agenda; I'm just trying to piece things together in part based on conversation on IRC and the (admittedly hasty) reading I've been doing (I was out of the office for most of this month). I just learned that T384 was what was originally slated for discussion, so I'm putting that at the top of the agenda.

Heads up for Europeans: due to Daylight Confusion Week, this meeting is hone hour earlier today, at 22:00 CET. It will go back to 23:00 CET once the US has also switched to winter time.
