In Lyon our showcase was not as successful as it could be because the A/V was not working very well.
We had one cable to connect computers to the projector in the main room and it did not work very well.

In Mexico City we will have the ability to have one group of presenters hooking up their laptop which another one presents so we can get through presentations much more effectively.

It would be nice if @Multichill @siebrand and I could meet with the Mexico City A/V lead for 15 min in person to come up with a final plan for presenting.
