We need a list of all items that have usage instructions in their description. This should be covered by getting a list of all items that have at least one Q-ID in the description.
The list should contain the language, label and description of the item.

I have created a querry on Quarry. Some of these may be test edits.
BTW, another my querry deals with labels or aliases like Qid's.
Keep in mind that some usage instruction may relate to properties, not items (P-IDs rather than Q-IDs).
According to matej's query, there are 435 items that include Qids in the descriptions. Not all of them are usage instructions, but it looks like the majority of them are. So I think it's fairly safe to say that we have a "few hundred" items with usage instructions in the descriptions.
Just re-ran the query (http://quarry.wmflabs.org/query/5414). Currently, it returns 509 descriptions.
