[Original bug title: Create uploadwizard-summary-footer]

Please create MediaWiki:uploadwizard-summary-footer so that we can add a template to the UploadWizard footer. The template is using autotranslate and therefore no language subpages (like /de , ...) needed.

In which codebase (as no codebase project is associated to this task)? Is this about UploadWizard itself?

MediaWiki:Uploadwizard-summary is displayed at the top of Special:UploadWizard, it seems we need the same thing again for the bottom of that page. So yeah, probably UploadWizard itself.

Would it make sense to use #contentSub instead of adding footer?

hi! with contentsub you mean the yellow banner? Or the intro file?

I'm totally fine with both options. If this is something that can be done easily, while the footer option requires days of coding, I'd say go for it. It's less "in your face", but people seem to find the feedback page so I guess they'd find this one as well.
