What about requesting a project for Esperanto kaj Libera Scio (Wikimedia User Group for Esperanto)?

In the context of that project you can tag tasks that are relevant for Esperanto in Wikimedia projects, as well as any other tasks you might want to create to organize this group.

I understand that Esperanto language and that user group are not the same thing, but close enough. Being a clear entity, the creation of such project would be quite straightforward. Meanwhile, a Esperanto-Sites tag can take a lot longer because there are several open meta-discussions intertwined.

PS: in my volunteer capacity I'm a contributor to Wikimedia projects in Catalan and a member of Amical Wikimedia, so I'm well aware of this problem and I would recommend he same short-term approach to Catalan and any other languages, especially the small ones.
