A user on the Hebrew Wikipedia complained that in RecentChanges Flow edits say the topic name first and the page name later. This is the reverse of how most other RecentChanges entries are shown: page first and topic (section) later.

If I understand correctly, this is based on the message flow-rc-topic-of-board. It can be rephrased on-wiki to show the page first or even for the whole language in translatewiki.net, but it would make much more sense to research it and to phrase it in the correct and consistent way so it would be useful to all users in all wikis in all languages.
