[Story] If the (combined) Wikibase edit summary is too long add "... and N more changes" to the end.
Open, MediumPublic

Description

On the client, when the edit summary created from the changes on the repo is longer than reasonable, say that there are "N more changes" instead of showing everything to the user.

Also it can be problematic in case the summaries grow so large that rc_params gets cut off.

what is "longer than reasonable" supposed to be? and is there a point where it's too long?

I would prefer the summary to be more concise and see "# more changes"
