Steps to reproduce:

1.Go to Media Settings>Upload
2.Upload an image with a Category name and date value
3.Click on Save on the dialog to add it in the page
4.No try to add another image ( not changing the same image) by going to Media Settings>Upload again
5.Select another image.

Observe that, previously selected date and category is showing up here , this is fine while trying to change an image.
However, these options stay sticky only for the same session. If you try to add another image after Saving the previous edit , they will appear as empty
