uselang parameter doesn't work for labels/descriptions on Special:Nearby

Description

If I load Special:Nearby with ?uselang=de (while the interface is normally set to English), most of the interface switches to German ("Nearby" becomes "In der Nähe", "m" becomes "Meter"), but the labels and descriptions are still loaded in English.

The description comes from the local wiki rather than wikidata.org so this is not going to work for English Wikipedia, however, please note that the new port of Nearby features provides support for this:
