Description

We are currently running off of a tagged branch, the best thing to do would be for @mmodell to update his differential upstream, with appropriate arc liberate stuffs and then we can continue to do the same until https://secure.phabricator.com/D9203 is officially accepted upstream.

There a number of minor and some major fixes;

Because of https://secure.phabricator.com/T1191

This will need to be heavily tested (sizeable storage modifications)

rebased the oauth patch on top of the latest upstream and committed a new tag wmoauth-20141110 in phabricator, libphutil and arcanist repositories.

Due to the overall migration time table and the nature of this particular update we are shooting for a 30 minute outage at 7:00 a.m. PST / 9:00 a.m. CST for updating tomorrow Nov 13. This will be a major schema migration which we really want to do before the bugzilla migration.

technically we are on rPHABcf9521f68037 since we are running the custom mediawiki auth provider but in essence the upstream inclusions are noted above.
