Citoid should magically see that a source has already been used in a reference on this page and re-use it (or warn me to do so) rather than creating a new reference to the same source
Open, LowestPublic

Description

Scenario:

I'm editing an article. I don't know (or can't remember) whether the source I'm citing has already been added. I'd rather re-use it, if it has.

Current behavior:

I use citoid to automatically fill the citation template. Later, I discover that this ref is already in use elsewhere on the page.

Desired behavior:

When I use citoid to automatically fill the citation template, the visual editor says, "Hey, I found that one on the page already. Do you want to just re-use it?"
