I think first we should complete T137796: Help to define next steps concerning Flow development, based on the Flow Satisfaction Survey, then come back to this task and check what we want to do with it.
I don't know if that task is on the Community-Relations-Support scope. How users interact and how communities are building themselves is not really related to CL work.
