People don't understand that they can expand a resolved topic by clicking on the title, due to an incorrect pointer.

I think you actually want cursor: pointer, right? That's the one that looks like a hand.

Checked in betalabs and test - cursor:pointer (a hand) is displayed on hover over the resolved topic check mark.
