Keyholder on beta cluster has lost credentials for mwdeploy user

Description

The jenkins job that runs scap on beta cluster is falling. The reason seems that the SSH key for the mwdeploy has changed somehow and ssh from deployment-tin as mwdeploy is rejected with a permission denied.

The first build that fails is April 25th ~5:45am https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/job/beta-scap-eqiad/99789/

I tried to rearm the Keyholder but I suspect the keys are all messed up. Maybe they have been changed on the puppet master and not updated in wikitech / added as authorized keys.

Yup, @mmodell fixed it yesterday. Some tweaks were needed to key generation on puppet script he's been working on.
