To rebuild gallium, we are aiming at a Jessie OS. The Zuul package is out-of-date and need to be rebuild/ported to Jessie.

I have spawned a Jessie labs instance zuul-dev-jessie.integration.eqiad.wmflabs to test the package.

The package seems to work fine. I had a dummy zuul layout and it managed to listen to Gerrit and trigger job. Seems at least the basic functionality are available.
I will get the .deb from https://people.wikimedia.org/~hashar/debs/zuul_2.1.0-95-g66c8e52-wmf1jessie1/ manually installed on the new server. If it is all fine will get it published on apt.wikimedia.org.
