Looking at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rTHER7ab4bcf81f47aa80daf348870def729700e32650#bb959c83 the translatewiki push overwrote the changes done to qqq.json indicating that rTHER2f9024e253d5d86e4441b4a7dfeb39b400dd7579 and rTHER3323de1b6d701ff38e71ac6243e38e6512abe6d0 were not synced (rTHER76383f9da2de4c3405385a6d11004621c6f19259 was however).

I belive it only updates the copy on translatewiki everytime the bot is run, so it merges the changes into the repo then it updates it's copy. But I'm not really sure but that is what I belive it does since it has done this to me before I think.
Could it be that there is a multi-day lag between syncing the latest changes and pushing the new translations?
Change 297768 had a related patch set uploaded (by Lokal Profil):
Revert accidentally overwritten updates to i18n/qqq.json
My mistake. I usually import changes multiple times a day but forgot to do that now before the export after returning from vacation.
Change 297768 merged by jenkins-bot:
Revert accidentally overwritten updates to i18n/qqq.json
No problems in that case =)
With the revert patch now merged and no techical issue underlying this I'll resolve.
