@Johan, we're looking to socialize the idea of enabling RC patrolling on wikis where the ORES tool is enabled. How do you think we should go about doing this and is this something that you can help us with?

Sorry for late reply, was on vacation for a while.
I'm going to spend some time looking at the processes we have generally for communicating about ORES with the communities. So far, the impression I've got when I've been trying to talk to them is that they find it a bit complicated (which has less to do, I think, with how you've handled it and more to do with this being technical concept introduced to a largely non-technical audience, which is always challenging for everyone involved).

I want to remove this from our board, given that RC filters don't take into account patrolled status of rc entries and ORES old filters is not being used anymore. This task basically serves no use to us. It can be useful for JADE though. Also, given that logging autopatrolled actions is disabled, we can enable it without any performance concerns. @Harej: What do you think?

The previous comments don't explain who or what (task?) exactly this task is stalled on ("If a report is waiting for further input (e.g. from its reporter or a third party) and can currently not be acted on"). Hence resetting task status, as tasks should not be stalled (and then potentially forgotten) for years for unclear reasons.
