Wrong comment anchors linked
Closed, DuplicatePublic

Description

Not sure if it is Wikibugs issue or Phabricator (Upstream), feel free to retag if necesssary.

Sometimes wrong comment anchors are linked instead of the correct one.

Latest example:

03:53:31 < wikibugs> Collab-Team-Q1-July-Sep-2016, Flow: Flow: Update to stop using buildCssLinks and for related ConfirmEdit change - https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T140472#2465986 (Mattflaschen-WMF)

However, the URL should have been https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T140472#2514041

Observations so far from some of other experienced cases:

  1. This happens when retagging.
  2. Anchor goes to project creation (= the very first post), not to any other.
