Notes from meeting:
- Check with legal if we need to do the full privacy statement for testing -- Now
- Recruitment messaging (~3-5 hours) -- Now
- Build lists for 15 names for each audience who can take the survey -- Now
- Outreach (identifying who will take the survey); -- September 20th
- Prep survey for legal review (? maybe later)
- Legal needs to review for the testing? -- September 20
- Privacy statement as well for testing survey & qualtrics, etc.
- Teams submit changes from staff review to surveys (maybe) - September 26th
- Move survey into qualtrics -- September 26
- Testing to start ~ 28th of September
- Synthesis - reviewing people's responses making necessary revisions (~4-5 hours per survey) - By October 14th
